ABOUT ANGIE (aka Evangeline)
Part storyteller. Part artist. Part free spirit. Entirely too many ideas.
Well, hello there!
I'm Angie Quinlan. And if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I've never been particularly good at fitting neatly into a box.
I've spent nearly 12 years building a successful career in corporate business development, negotiating deals, building relationships, and proving that a little determination (and a healthy dose of moxie) can take you pretty far.
And it did.
But somewhere along the way, I started asking myself a question:
What if I put that same energy into building something that was entirely mine?
Not another job title. Not another sales goal. Something that gave me the freedom to create, connect, tell stories, and follow whatever interesting idea wandered into my head next.
And trust me, there are plenty of those.
A Creative Soul With a Business Brain
I've always been a bit of a contradiction.
I love a good business strategy almost as much as I love an antique shop. I can negotiate a multimillion-dollar contract, then spend the afternoon painting flowers, designing something delightfully witchy, or falling down a rabbit hole researching my next creative obsession.
I'm drawn to old things, beautiful things, unusual things, and people with really good stories.
I believe in intuition, finding humor in the ridiculous, and occasionally doing something that makes absolutely no sense on paper but feels right in your gut.
And I've learned that the most interesting parts of life rarely happen when you're following someone else's script.
So, What's Angie Up To These Days?
A little bit of everything, actually.
Creating Content & Collaborating With Brands
I'm bringing my love of storytelling, humor, and genuine human connection into the world of UGC and brand collaborations. Because the best content doesn't feel like an advertisement. It feels like a conversation with someone you'd actually want to have coffee with.
Making Art & Beautifully Curious Things
Through my art and Black Cat Collective, I get to indulge my love of vintage aesthetics, botanicals, a little mystery, and all things wonderfully unconventional.
Exploring the Intuitive Side of Life
Angel card readings are another way I love connecting with people. For me, they're about reflection, perspective, and creating space for those moments when we could all use a little encouragement or clarity.
Sharing Stories & Starting Conversations
I've collected a few stories over the years. Some funny, some hard-earned, and some that probably shouldn't be repeated in polite company.
Whether it's speaking, podcast conversations, or sharing the messy, hilarious reality of starting over, I believe our stories are one of the most powerful ways we connect.
The Best Chapters Aren't Always the Ones You Planned
Here's what I'm learning: You can be proud of everything you've accomplished and still want something completely different.
You can be successful and still crave more freedom.
You can be practical and a little mystical.
You can be a businesswoman, an artist, a storyteller, and a work in progress — all at the same time.
I'm not entirely sure where every one of these adventures will lead, and for once, I'm perfectly okay with that.
I'm building a life with more creativity, more laughter, more meaningful connections, and a whole lot more room for possibility.
And if I happen to make a living doing things I genuinely love? Well, wouldn't that be something.
Stick Around. This Could Get Interesting.
Whether you're here to collaborate, browse my art, explore a reading, hear a good story, or simply see what I'm getting myself into next — I'm glad you found your way here.
There's always room for one more at the table.
Preferably with coffee. Or wine. I'm flexible.
— Angie ♡
